Good value hotel in a handy position close to the Laennec metro stop. Location just off a nearby supermarket.

It was close to the place I was working.

I extended my stay and paid the extra nights with cash. The problem was that my credit card was charged too for the same amount. I phoned the manager and her allegation is that the hotel did not receive my cash payment and the invoice that was given to me (which I faxed back to them) was not valid. Thus my conclusion is that the reception is not well organized, if not that the personnel is untrustworthy. If the hotel does not solve this in good terms by tomorrow I will have to report the case to the credit card company and to the police.

Convenient location with easy access to a supermarket and shops nearby. the breakfast spread had a good variety, from pastries to eggs 🥐🍳.

The room was very confortable and clean. We stayed this hotel because it is near the airport and reasonable.

After my daughter and I took a bath, hot water came to be colder. When my wife using it, the shower was not hot. It was the only problem of this hotel.

Room was very large and comfortable. There is even a small kitchen with a dish washer. Staff was very friendly. Really good value for money

Position is not very good if you plan a visit to downtown Lyon. You will need to have a car to reach the city center.

Additional kitchen facilities were unexpected and potentially very useful had we known about them beforehand, although would have preferred a washing machine to a dishwasher.

Morning staff very surly. Nowhere comfortable to sit down. Parking availability could have been made clearer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lyon. the location was perfect for me as it was close to the major hospitals and the University. Secondly, the hotel was situated in an attractive, well-maintained area of the city, making it pleasant to be in. Lastly, the rooms with a kitchenette were a great feature as it allowed me to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted.

Room was clean & quiet; separate bedroom was a plus, not normally the case, even with some suites

Hotel was not so easy to find; neighborhood was just ok. Pullout sofa was actually 2 twin beds (ok because we had kids), but should have been more clearly stated in room specs for those who want a double bed.
